Is there anyone know any song good to sing on father's day

if you need a fun father's day singing time idea use this one! I have a father from the ward come in for singing time wearing an old tie. if the kids sing the songs we have been learning for the program and they sing all of the words I pick a teacher to come up and cut an inch or so off the tie after each song until there isn't any tie left. I have had dads wear the tie the rest of the day and the kids thought it was so funny. The kids LOVE this activity and it is a good way to review too.

I did the same thing but with research on google found that my burn was in a DATA disc mode but should be in an AUDIO DISC mode, just tried another in this audio mode and it plays in all my players, most newer cd players will recognize both data and audio discs, but to be same always burn in audio disc mode. good luckQuote:
I was so excited to download the 2010 primary songs only to find out that I couldn't play it on a CD player. Did anyone have the same problem as I did and what did you do? Do I need to get special equipment?

Yes! We burned enough for our entire primary before we realized. Download the songs from lds.org instead of from Sugardoodle. That worked for us.

Go to http://www.lds.org/cm/display/0,17631,8764-1,00.html, use the scroll bar to select Espanol. Click the first option and it'll list them in abc order. Hope this helps. I have this song on a CD that was sold at Deseret Book probably a decade or so ago (the whole CD is just amazing -- also titled Light of the World). I will see what I can do to get permission to share it in MP3 format for non-commercial use. I wish there was better sheet music than the New Era copy. The music on the CD has an extended ending that is awesome.
Quoting Genelle Segura:
Hi Guys! I just wanted to ask....is there another way to print the sheet music for this "Light of the World" song? Because when I print it out...the link that appears on the bottom of the paper as a footer...completely cuts off the left hand for the pianist to play. Also...is this "music" anywhere for us to hear? So we can also save it? Please let me know! Thanks so much for all your help and opinions....

Are you using a mac? When I right-click on "Click Here" the menu with "Save Target As" comes up without any problem.

I'm not Mary, but the answer is simple. It's the same if you have a two-button mouse. Right-click on the file (where it says "click here," then choose "Download Linked File As" and give it the name you want. If you don't have a two-button mouse, just hold down the Control key and click on the file.

I had this same question last year. I found my answer on the church website. It says that it is perfectly fine to copy the songs for our primary kids...we just need to put the following statement on the discs: "These songs were reproduced with permission for non-commercial use."

I'm new to "burning" cd's. My question is "Is it legal to "burn" in large quantities?" Does the church mind that we are burning these CD's for the kids or should we only be downloading for our personal home use?

I have been calling around to business to see if they will burn/copy these for me and they say that they can't because they would need permission.

Please help me understand. Thanks!
