For those having problems opening the file, it's in the new .pptx file format (Office 2007). You can download a conversion pack from Microsoft that will allow you to open 2007 files in older versions of office. You can find it here:

I can't open this either. There are a lot of files in the zip, but none seem to be a .ppt
